The Volkman bone curette is a bone curette for debulking, and it has a razor-sharp cutting edge. It is commonly used in orthopedic procedures. The knurled round handle of this curette gives you a sure grip. The handle gradually tapers to the tips. Removal of fibrous tissue from bone or scrape bone to remove small pieces or shape it with this curette. This cutting edge is an oval scoop at the end of the curette. This is manufactured for surgical grade stainless steel and is suitable for sterilization via autoclaving or chemical sterilant.
