WPI is known to the global biomedical research community for their signature TEER measurement equipment. WPI offers TEER machines including the Manual EVOM (Epithelial Voltohmmeter) Meter (EVOM™ Manual) along with the basic STX HTS (high throughput screening) electrodes and also has options for advanced electrodes, such as EndOhm chambers and STX100 electrodes for higher precision and accuracy. For High Throughput Screening the EVOM™ Auto replaces the REMS system for automated TEER measurement of 96-well plates. Automated TEER measurement is now available with the option of GxP compliance, which is often required by pharmaceutical companies.
