These are hand forceps with a spring action letting you pinch the blades together to control the amount of pressure used. The handle is manufactured from an anti-magnetic stainless steel allow, which is suitable for autoclaving or chemical sterilization. These surgical forceps are quality Swiss-made instruments. Replacement carbon fiber tips are also available and sold separately.
